Congrats to Fat Angel BBQ for winning the NJ State BBQ Championship for the second time in three years. Uncle Robby's Wood is making history. Uncle Robby's Wood was used to take first place at the 2009 and most recently the 2011 NJ State BBQ Championship in Wildwood, NJ as well as first place ribs at the 2009 American Royal Championships in Kansas City by the Fat Angel BBQ Team. Fat Angel Team has also won the 2010 Que by the Sea in Seaside Hieghts, NJ. We are proud that our wood was able to contribute to these successful wins.
